The property was ideal and absolutely amazing and we had a really great stay. Location: the hotel was adjacent to the beach, and taxis. Also, Playa la Lancha was 4 miles away.

It is perfect hotel with a view over garden. Extremely spacious rooms, free Wi-Fi is a huge plus! Super friendly staff, they smile all the time.

Super location, the free parking was available. Was set in 20 minutes' walk to the downtown, and the workers were superfriendly.

I had an amazing experience at Basalto. The view from the hotel was absolutely breathtaking, with a beautiful bay and the sound of the surf. The service was exceptional, from the attentive wait staff to the incredible massage therapist with her "healing hands." The massage itself was the best I've ever had, and the setting made it even more soothing. The hotel facilities were also top-notch, with beautiful pools and delicious food at reasonable prices.

While there were a few minor drawbacks, such as a slightly uncomfortable bed and limited menu options after a few days, they did not significantly impact my overall enjoyment. Additionally, it was a bit challenging to get transportation as there were no Ubers, but we managed to find a cheaper driver to help us get around.

Feeling that I really enjoyed this ideal and nice hotel after staying for 1 night. The staff were helpful and amiable, everything was perfect. Its food was nice, with a great selection of meals.

Located near the beach, the hotel offers a unique experience with its private and peaceful atmosphere. The staff is friendly and efficient, and the food is delicious and reasonably priced. the room is comfortable and clean, and the pools are well maintained with two options for sunbathing.

One minor issue is the lack of homemade bread at breakfast. the glass around the pools and balconies should be cleaned more frequently to maintain the stunning views.

Although this hotel was wonderful in every aspect, the only minor issue we had was that there wasn't beachfront property. Even though there was a small sandy area at the base of the steps towards the ocean, you couldn't really hang out there due to tide.
